Rib-fillet steak with Caramelised onions and Green beans Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Rib-fillet steaks (1cm slices)
- 1 onion diced
- 2 clove of garlic minced
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 300g Green beans
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Dice onions into small cubes and top and tale your beans.
- Place a large non-stick frying pan on a medium-high heat.
- Rub the steak all over with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then sear on all sides for 3 minutes in total, so you achieve good colour on the outside but keep it medium rare in the middle, or cook to your liking, turning regularly with tongs.
- When the steak’s done, remove to a plate and cover with tin foil to rest and keep warm.
- Reduce the heat under the pan to medium and add the onions cooking till translucent, once done take out of pan and put to the side.
- Mix together the parsley, garlic and butter add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add beans and half of your garlic butter to the pan and cook for 8 minutes, or until a little golden, tossing regularly.
- Finishing with a little extra virgin olive oil, or a bit more garlic butter.
