
I have had my fair share of disaster faux mash recipes in the past. After a lot of trial and error the end result is a beautifully creamy, delicious, cheesy cauliflower mash. This is one of our families favourite sides to pretty much any dish.

Cauliflower Mash Recipe
313 Calories, 10g Protein, 28g Fat, 5g Carbs
Ingredients
- 400 g of cauliflower
- 1 Chicken stock cube
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp of cream
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of tasty cheese
Method
- Cut the cauliflower into small flowerets and steam.
- If you would like to use a microwave safe container with a splash of water and steam until completely soft, about six to seven minutes you can without compromising the dish.
- Once falling apart blend the cauliflower, with cubed butter, cream, salt, pepper, and cheeses.
- Depending on the strength of your blender or food processor this can take 30 seconds to two minutes.
- Scrape down the sides as required and continue blending until you have a smooth fluffy mash.
