KETO FOR A MONTH (WEEK 3)

Alright we are back for another week. The scales are down again this week by another .5 of a kilo so that’s bringing us down to 65.5 which isn’t bad. This week I collected some pretty cool keto freindly pastas so I’ll give those a go. I’m excited about week 3, let’s get into it.

Day 15 Menu

The usual coffee suspect this morning fasting until 1.

Lunch we had just a pork chop grilled.

Dinner we had our w favourite keto meal cheese shell tacos.

  • Lunch:  Calories 729g , Fat 62g , Carbs 3g, Protein 36g.

Day 16 Menu

Breakfast was vanilla chia pudding with almond butter and raspberries and a coffee.

Lunch was leftover pork chop from yesterday. Still delicious by the way.

Snack today is atkins cruskits with almond butter and raspberries.

Dinner is a keto chicken curry with Konjac rice.

Day 17 Menu

Breakfast is leftover chia pudding from yesterday.

Lunch is leftover curry from last night it’s good although the curry got more spicy the second time around.

Snacks are pork crackles and cheese.

Dinner is keto lasagne with homemade noodles.

  • Dinner:  Calories 633 , Fat 20g, Carbs 8g, Protein 49g.

Day 18 Menu

Coffee for breakfast again today

Egg salad for lunch

Chocolate brownie cookie for a snack

Chicken pot “pie” for dinner

  • Dinner:  Calories 445 , Fat 36g , Carbs 6g, Protein 23g.

Day 19 Menu

Vanilla chia pudding for breakfast this morning.

Lunch was a cheese toastie

Snack was pickles and cheese

Dinner was bunless burgers

  • Snack: Calories 4.2, Fat 3g , Carbs 0.2, Protein 0.9

Day 20 Menu

Breakfast was coffee and pancakes today.

Lunch was leftover chicken pot “pie”.

Snack was cauliflower puffs.

Dinner was “nachos” made with cheese chips.

  • Snack: Calories , Fat , Carbs, Protein
  • Dinner:  Calories 426 , Fat 29.7g, Carbs 5.1g, Protein 32g.

Day 21 Menu

Leftover pancakes and coffee for breakfast

Hoki and tomatoes for lunch

Dinner was steak and cauliflower mash

Day 21 Macros (Only wrote down unblogged macros)

  • Lunch:  Calories 135 , Fat 5.7g, Carbs 2.2g, Protein 18g.

Week 3 Conclusion.

Didn’t end up using the keto pastas this week maybe next week. This was my week 3 breakdown of all my meals I hope you found it insightful hope you read on to the last week. and results.
