After my husband and i decided to lose some weight, he wanted to lose 40kg and i wanted to lose 15kg. My husband had never been on a diet and was a very picky eater who only ever ate carbs and meat. So we decided to research diets that he would be able to obtain as a lifestyle change. Keto seamed to be our best bet.
While struggling with the lack of carbs from bread, sugar and oh my god pizza. I decided to research and test the best recipes for bread that taste look and smell the most similar. The almond and coconut flour breads were dry and crumbly and didn’t taste anything like bread. At the risk of being controversial the abomination of a bread called “cloud bread” its eggs not bread!!.
Then i stumbled across a instagram page one day called keto luna and i started drooling uncontrollably and immediately went on to eBay and bought sample packs of the ingredients to trial this recipe. I will 100% not take any credit for the keto flour recipe that belongs to keto luna. I have just adapted some of the cooking methods as i live in a very, very, very, very hot environment.
